Return & Refund Policy

At Cognitive, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, which include multiple small components, we have specific return and refund guidelines to maintain product integrity and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included

2. Opened Box Policy

Because our products contain small parts:

  • Returns are NOT accepted for opened boxes where internal packets or components have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Returns MAY be accepted if:
    • The outer box is opened, but all inner packets remain sealed and untouched
    • The product is complete and in resalable condition

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing parts

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or
  • Full/partial refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Items with missing components
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders)

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
