We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement or via Cash on Delivery (COD), if available.

In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 4 to 7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of certain products (especially those involving small parts or packaging integrity), we generally do not accept returns for opened items.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • Any internal sealed packets remain unopened
  • The product is defective or incorrect upon delivery

Refunds or replacements (if approved) will be processed after inspection.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Cognitive shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
